T23 FingerPrint The T-23 system is a very simple, accurate and cost effective way of recording time-keeping. The T-23 system offers the security of Fingerprint recognition which means no more “buddy clocking” thereby saving you money. The T-23 system software installation on your PC is simple to configure and use. Reports generated by the time & attendance software can be exported to Excel for further manipulation (if necessary) and simple payroll calculation. The T-23 Package is so easy to install many of our customers choose “DIY” installation. The terminal comes with a 12 month factory warranty and we offer all our customers free telephonic support for 30 days from date of delivery. Terminal Features: > Up to 1000 staff with 3 fingerprint templates each. > Templates are converted to an algorithm for storage and high speed retrieval. > Memory storage of 80 000 transactions. (battery protected) > Response time: under 0.7 seconds. > False Acceptance Rate (FAR): <0.0001, False Rejection Rate (FRR) : <0.01. > New staff can be enrolled on the terminal in under 1 minute. > Staff can ‘clock’ using either a fingerprint, password (PIN) or card (optional). > Each clocking produces an audible and visual response from the terminal. > Security levels can be individually adjusted for degraded fingerprints. > Authorised Admin can view staff clockings on the terminal. > Communication: RS-232, RS-485, TCP/IP (network) or USB - All Standard features. > USB Data transfer via Flash Drive is available where cabling is not possible. > With internal battery back-up to operate during power failure. > Can be used for Access Control & operate a Bell/Siren - Start/End of Shifts, Lunch, etc. Software Features: > Very easy to install, configure and use. > No annual license fee on software. > Comes with instructional manuals. > On PC editing of clocking data - missing clockings. > Multiple Departments, Shifts & Schedules. > Worked Hours Calculated to the minute with Overtime Facility. > Data Exported to Excel for Payroll Calculation.
